Information we collect

• Discord account identifiers, username, avatar, server membership, role-based access details, login status, and community-message activity needed for site features.
• Riot or League of Legends account data when provided by you or available through approved Riot developer access, such as Riot ID, account/profile identifiers, rank, queue, champion, gamemode, match, and gameplay metadata.
• Uploaded clips, images, messages, file metadata, submission metadata, moderation status, timestamps, selected game modes, profile fields, and feature activity.
• Basic technical data needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, analytics, logs, and service operation.

How we use information

• To authenticate users, check access, and decide which games or tools are available.
• To operate dantes.gg games, uploads, clip review, playback, messaging, profile features, admin workflows, demos, and future community features.
• To verify Discord membership, roles, Riot-related metadata, submissions, rank or gameplay context, and other eligibility or anti-abuse signals where a feature requires it.
• To moderate submissions, prevent abuse, debug failures, protect accounts, improve the product, and satisfy Riot, Discord, hosting, security, and legal obligations that apply to the site.

Sharing and storage

We use service providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, Discord, and future Riot APIs to operate the site. We do not sell user data.

Uploaded media is stored privately and may be exposed through short-lived access links when needed for approved site features, moderation, review, playback, stream use, or creator workflows.

Submitted content may appear on dantes.gg, streams, social channels, and community programming as described in the Terms of Service.

Deletion and control

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your dantes.gg account data, Discord API data, Riot-related metadata, and submitted content. The public contact mailbox is still being configured; until then, use the Contact page instructions.

Some records may be retained when needed for security, audit logs, abuse prevention, legal obligations, copyright handling, platform compliance, or to preserve moderation decisions.

Content already used in streams, social posts, compilations, backups, audit logs, or other derivative records may not be removable from every location, but we will review deletion requests in context.

Children

dantes.gg is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 should not use the site or submit personal information.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, use the Contact page instructions so the data can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data, uploads, and API data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, games, integrations, service providers, or legal requirements change.
